How do rentals with LittlesGO work?

We make renting easy!

Step 1: choose your clothing or gear

Step 2: choose your reservation start date and rental period

Step 3: your rentals arrive to your door or destination on or before the first day of your reservation.

Step 4: enjoy your adventures with your Little(s)!

Step 5: repack the gear in the box they arrived in, affix the provided free return label on the box, and drop off at any USPS location

(Be sure the package is dropped off on the return date by 11:59pm to avoid late fees).

What day should I start my rental period?

The first day of your rental period will be the day your item is expected to arrive to you. This means if you want to pack an item for a weekend trip and you are leaving Friday, select a rental start date of Thursday or before.

It says I should get a discount based on my rental period, but I don't see the discount in my cart - what's up?

The app we are using for rentals has the discount show up in CHECKOUT, so continue with your cart and you'll see it reflected there!

How do I return my rentals?

Every rental comes with a free return shipping label. Simply re-pack your items in the box they came in and send back through USPS.

Do I have to clean my rental clothing or gear?

No. Just put the gear back into the original box to return to us and we'll take care of the rest!

However, we do understand Littles can be messy. If it's necessary to clean your items during your rental period, we recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and water.

Can I purchase an item I rent?

At this time, we are too small to allow the purchase of rental items.

If you do fall in love with a product and wish to purchase one, contact us - we have discount codes available for some items!

How are items cleaned in between rentals?

We ensure every rental is thoroughly inspected and cleaned before renting again. We clean every clothing item according to its specific instructions (ie: down is washed with down wash). We spot-clean every gear item to remove any dirt or stains and then we steam them to disinfect.

What if I damage or lose a rental item?

We understand Littles can be really hard on things, so we cover normal wear and tear. If there is catastrophic damage to the item or the item is lost, charges may apply. See our rental agreement for more details!

What do I do if I need to cancel my rental?

We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your rental items up until 10 days before your rental period. To cancel, please email thelittlesgo@gmail.com

What if I don't see a specific item that I'd like to rent?

Contact us! We are always discovering what products best serve our adventuring families. If you don't see an item you wish you could rent, please let us know and we'll work on getting it in stock :)

I don't see clothing or gear for the type(s) of adventure we want to take. What should I do?

Contact us! As a new small business, we are currently in the process of building up our rental inventory. If there is an adventure you'd like to take but don't see the items you need, please let us know and we will prioritize adding them! Contacting us is greatly appreciated so we know exactly what to add based on what you need.

Where does LittlesGO ship?

Currently, we ship to anywhere in the continental U.S.

Previously-loved resale

In what condition are the previously-loved resale items?

Every previously-loved resale item is thoroughly inspected to make sure they live up to our performance quality standards, meaning all items are "functionally perfect" and have plenty of life left in them.

We sell items that are in excellent, great, or good condition -

Excellent condition: looks and feels new.

Great condition: small signs of visible wear.

Good condition: more visible wear from adventures, areas of discoloration or scars from repairs are present.

Can I return a pre-loved item I bought?

Yes. You have 14 days to return an item you bought from our pre-loved shop for any reason.

Why does LittlesGO provide both rentals and pre-loved resale?

Renting and resale go hand-in-hand to power the sharing economy. They each give our young families greater access to premium adventure clothing and gear, cut down on consumption, and divert waste from landfills by extending the life of items.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! If you have an adventurous young family in your life and would like to purchase a gift card you can find them here.
