What about liquids?

carry-on only

Breast milk + formula

Breast milk and formula are considered medically necessary liquids - this means that TSA allows larger quantities than the typical 3.4oz rule Just remember to declare it for additional screening at the security checkpoint.

caryy-on only

Shampoo + conditioner

Travel-size shampoos are usually too small for an entire trip, but purchasing a full bottle at your destination feels like a waste. Our recommendation is to get a shampoo bar - it's solid, not too big, and lasts months.

carry-on only

Baby food / toddler pouches

Did you know these ARE allowed over the 3.4oz rule? Just be sure to let security know you have them for extra screening at the security checkpoint.

Carry-on only

Sunscreen, toothpaste, diaper creams

These all must adhere to the 3.4oz rule. We recommend getting travel sizes and purchasing more if needed at your destination.

Carry-On Only

Liquid medications

Liquid medications are allowed in reasonable quantities. Just be sure to declare them for extra screening a the security checkpoint.
